The location was excellent, it was near the old historic district and literally steps away from the mall. So we had lots of convenience literally steps away. The staff was ultra friendly. Everything was clean.and comfortable. The restaurants in the hotel close for about an hour between breakfast and lunch but you can still order room service from those restaurants or cross the street to the mall.

The breakfast was awesome & so was the staff. Very welcoming & attentive. We loved Jonathan & Rudy but everyone was attentive.

Everything is always held at the highest standards here. The staff, the food, the atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is incredible!

My mother has stayed here in the past and she loved it. This time around I was able to stay there and see why she's stayed there every time she visits El Salvador. Breakfast buffet is great, Both restaurants are great too, One Italian style and the other Brazil, both have it all! Pool is perfect for kids, and gym had all I needed for a quick get fit fix. Plenty of parking, and Taxi. Public transit is clearly visible from the hotel in every direction. Huge shopping center mall across the street for all your needs!

The breakfast was good - 2 free w/ the room but the buying the other 2 still brought the meal to $50. A bit pricey for a breakfast.

everything was clean and staff very friendly . . . The food at the restaurant, breakfast, was fresh and good. The Location can not complaint.

Felt like a resort, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and there was a shopping center across the street which was so easy to get to by walking over the direct street bridge from the hotel to the shopping center.
